Southern Alps Air is family owned and has been operating the Siberia Experience™ since 1975. We take huge pride in introducing people to one of New Zealand’s “Must Do” wilderness experiences.

SCENIC FLIGHTS

On all our scenic flights we offer unobstructed views from window seats for every passenger. Have your cameras ready as you spot glaciers, mountains and isolated valleys as you fly into the Siberia Valley. We also offer scenic Fly-Cruise-Fly tours to Milford Sound as well as incredible Wanaka scenic flights.

THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE COMMUNITY

As part of our Tiaki promise we avoid flying over walkers and climbers to reduce noise pollution. We only land in designated areas to help preserve the natural landscapes. Our pilots are trained in engine handling to reduce energy and emissions. We also offer a free service to fly rubbish out of the Siberia Valley.
